I enjoyed the class. Your delivery was unique/informal from other presentations I have been a part of and it was effective in delivering the message. I got a lot out of the last two and a half days.
Lansing IIA - November 2016
I personally learn a lot in my 2 day session, not only from a technical continuous auditing perspective but from the softer side as well. Group dynamics and encouraging group participation, interview techniques and most importantly always ending meetings and engagement before time 🙂

The webinar was excellent! It was a great refresher and also gave me insights on how I can better communicate specifics with staff on communication. I thoroughly agree with you on forms of communication. I find staff will resort to email whereas I’m much more likely to pick up the phone. Your concrete explanations will help me articulate better to staff the advantages.– IA Audit Manager (Major University)
ACUA Webinar - Summer 2015: People-Centric Skills
I just wanted to drop a quick note saying thank you for yesterday’s training. The group was the most genuine and engaged I’ve experienced – very neat to be a part of it. In our small group discussions, it was so rich in dialogue – I will use it in my daily life many times over.Non-Auditor Attendee, Central North Dakota IIA April 2016

It was a great 4 day session, we all learnt a lot. I must say you made the class a very fun place to be especially with the Family Feud games! Looking forward to more training in the near future. Take care and keep in touch.

I want to start by commending you for the presentation yesterday. This was the fourth audit writing presentation that I’ve attended in the past few years and it was by far the one that I got the most out of. You challenged us to think outside the box and I hope our management team takes that challenge to heart. Using some of the points raised in the class yesterday I think we can improve how we approach, format, and review our audit reports … thereby making the reporting phase a lot less painful.– Staff Auditor, Major Public Company
Audit Report Writing (San Diego IIA) - 10/7/15
I really enjoyed and greatly appreciate your delivery of the message you were trying to convey. You really made the meeting very enjoyable and upbeat. I hope to attend or see you again in the future. I was just reaching out to you and letting you know what I thought of the book that I purchased from you at the meeting.I really enjoyed the aspect of the book that you kept it in a narrative and story style. I think it made it a very quick read and also puts the skills and practices that are referenced in the book as well as your training into real world scenarios. I also really like how each chapter was broken out after the chapter with the skills sets, messages, or concepts listed instead of like a textbook format throughout the chapter. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book. I have recommended the book to my supervisors that I think this book and your trainings would be very beneficial to all of my co-workers.I really appreciated you letting me feel so included in your discussion and presentation. Being a younger professional who thinks they have a very strong soft skills set I still feel like I learned and took away a lot from your book and training. I hope to continuously improve my people centric skill set and hope to someday be in a position where I can make an impact as broad as you have.Senior AuditorDecatur, IL IIA Class – February 2016

The XYZ Chapter has used Danny Goldberg a great deal in the past. He is a fabulous speaker who has become one of the XYZ’s Chapter’s favorite speakers. He is a very dynamic and knowledgeable. Due to our member’s familiarity with his superior performance, he brings a lot of members and non-members due to word of mouth.– IIA Chapter President

Danny is a great speaker and the review of the audit process is critical because many times, we might think we are being valuable to our institution, but we have some areas that we may lack. The discussions with the audience were helpful because I got to hear similarities and differences among audit shops because everyone has certain ways that they conduct their processes. As still being fairly new to internal audit, this session really opened my eyes more to the audit process and the ways that we should carry ourselves among our colleagues in the institution.
