Onboarding new employees is a secure investment that will assist newly hired employees in developing their skills, knowledge, and value within the company. It will help match the technically skilled Millennial workforce with new and emerging needs of your company, which gives your company an advantage within the market.
Millennial Onboarding is a specialized type of employee onboarding. With Millennials we are seeing a need to tweak the onboarding process to better suit the needs of the company and new hires. It will increase productivity and produce a happier and more skilled workforce. The new hire phase is a critical time for the employee and company and having a structured set of procedures will make this time run smoother and produce a greater chance of success.

I attended your Project Management seminar today and found it very interesting and motivating! Would you please send me the project planning and status templates that you referenced today? Feel free to include any other template along these lines and throughout the process that may be helpful.
I look forward to attending other seminars that will be available later this year.

Crucial Communications - CASA
Just wanted to extend thanks for your presentation on Communication. I found that session to be among the top three sessions of the week, including the keynote speakers.

Danny is a great speaker and the review of the audit process is critical because many times, we might think we are being valuable to our institution, but we have some areas that we may lack. The discussions with the audience were helpful because I got to hear similarities and differences among audit shops because everyone has certain ways that they conduct their processes. As still being fairly new to internal audit, this session really opened my eyes more to the audit process and the ways that we should carry ourselves among our colleagues in the institution.
ACUA Annual Conference (Miami) - 9/2016
I just wanted to drop a quick note saying thank you for yesterday’s training. The group was the most genuine and engaged I’ve experienced – very neat to be a part of it. In our small group discussions, it was so rich in dialogue – I will use it in my daily life many times over.

It was such a pleasure attending your class on yesterday, a job well done. You mentioned in the class that there were several spread sheets and charts available if we were interested. If you don’t mind I would like copies of the doc’s.
Thanks and I am sure I will be attending another one of your dynamic sessions.

I enjoyed the class. Your delivery was unique/informal from other presentations I have been a part of and it was effective in delivering the message. I got a lot out of the last two and a half days.

The Fraud training session yesterday was really great. You have a great way of providing good, relevant information while also being very entertaining and keeping the group engaged. That is not an easy feat, especially during those all day sessions so thanks again.
