My group really enjoyed your presentation at the May Fort Worth IIA meeting. Â My team is comprised of staff at various points in their career, with diverse skill sets, and the material you presented served as a great litmus test of sorts in relation to our overall communication strategy.

I really enjoyed your presentations on both Behavior/Anger Management and Rood Cause analysis at the IIA Mid-Atlantic District Conference. Not only were the presentations informative and useful, but the material was presented in a matter where everyone was engaged creating a two-way conversation between you (the speaker) and the audience making the experience more memorable where the skills learned can be applied in real-life experiences. In addition, because of your presentations, I am definitely looking forward to reading your book “People-Centric Skills” and learning more about communication skills for internal auditors.

The XYZ Chapter has used Danny Goldberg a great deal in the past. He is a fabulous speaker who has become one of the XYZ’s Chapter’s favorite speakers. He is a very dynamic and knowledgeable. Due to our member’s familiarity with his superior performance, he brings a lot of members and non-members due to word of mouth.

I just wanted to let you know that I attended your recent ACUA webinar and it was fantastic! I was hoping that you would provide your report writing tips to me for future reference. I think the information you provided was very useful and I look forward to using your suggestions!
Thanks and I look forward to seeing you at the ACUA annual conference!

I personally learn a lot in my 2 day session, not only from a technical continuous auditing perspective but from the softer side as well. Group dynamics and encouraging group participation, interview techniques and most importantly always ending meetings and engagement before time 🙂

I want to start by commending you for the presentation yesterday. This was the fourth audit writing presentation that I’ve attended in the past few years and it was by far the one that I got the most out of. You challenged us to think outside the box and I hope our management team takes that challenge to heart. Using some of the points raised in the class yesterday I think we can improve how we approach, format, and review our audit reports … thereby making the reporting phase a lot less painful.

I loved both ACUA bonus sessions you presented at the conference and I have already made some changes to my report structure based upon the discussions. Thank you so much for one of the best sessions of the conference!

Danny is a great speaker and the review of the audit process is critical because many times, we might think we are being valuable to our institution, but we have some areas that we may lack. The discussions with the audience were helpful because I got to hear similarities and differences among audit shops because everyone has certain ways that they conduct their processes. As still being fairly new to internal audit, this session really opened my eyes more to the audit process and the ways that we should carry ourselves among our colleagues in the institution.
ACUA Annual Conference (Miami) - 9/2016
I enjoyed the class. Your delivery was unique/informal from other presentations I have been a part of and it was effective in delivering the message. I got a lot out of the last two and a half days.
Lansing IIA - November 2016
I just wanted to drop a quick note saying thank you for yesterday’s training. The group was the most genuine and engaged I’ve experienced – very neat to be a part of it. In our small group discussions, it was so rich in dialogue – I will use it in my daily life many times over.
